Class A: Region 3 Favorites

Thanks, Im wondering which one were playin in too.  It would be nice to be in that one just to see how good the teams in the region are gonna be. Maybe play one..

I'm not coming on here to talk alot of smack because last year we had the perfect season. (0-10)..lol. but i am going to lay down a few facts.Temple....not much to say. they lost there star-stand out player. Caleb is just an athlete, but he's gone. now they dont have that option( which they chose every play) to close there eyes and sling the ball as hard as they can and let Caleb run it down. Now, its game on and im recovered from the ankle injury. SP has some talent but they get a little ahead of themselves. Last year we were up 6-2 at the half and majority of our starters were freshmen. we only lost 3 players. we've been in the weightroom since the end of the season and the freshmen aren't freshmen anymore. they got that out of their system. so, we'll see what happens. all im saying is we're not going to be the same team we were last year. beleive me or don't but we'll see it on the field. i can't wait 'til this season. it's gonna be fun....

LValley22 you just talked smack right after you said you werent goin to. Thats alright. I think your gonna see that were gonna be A ok without Caleb. Didnt Seth have over 1100 yards recieving last year, guess not cause you said we just sling it to Caleb every play. All I gotta say if bring your best game buddy, quit talking crap.

They def. have a good shot at winning it, but if they do win it , it wont be won easily.

I think lv22 is right on one thing and possibly mistaken about something else. First, he is right that LV is going to be much, much better. They have some very good young talent and they will not be the push over that people think. I pick them as the dark horse and they will be very competitive.

 

The mistake might be to think Temple worse with Caleb gone. Granted, he was something else, the region coaches that Temple played, Valley, Copper and Whitwell were in agreement that stopping him was almost impossible. But since he left it has forced Temple to become mulit-dimensional. In their spring scrimmage they had all four starting receivers catch at least two passes, one with 9 and one with 5. It is possible that they could be more difficult because you can't load up on one or two kids, nor can you only play the pass, as they have started running the ball very well.

 

I think it will be a battle between LV, Temple, Copper, Whitwell and SP. SP probably has the advantage, but if they take a night off, any of those teams could pull the upset.

JV games?.... he def. wasnt a 1100 yrd type reciever when we played yall and that was about the worst game we played all season. im guessing you play for Temple, right? what position you play? number?
