MBA - for it's originality.

 

Riverdale - there's something intimidating about lining up across from someone with a bunch of tomahawks on their helmets signifying a crucial play.

 

Pearl Cohn - you could put anyone with single color helmets here but there's just something about those black helmets, especially on the likes of john henderson, bucky fitzgerald, and santonio beard. they just recall flat out athleticism. fast and huge.

Ours at McEwen is a classic but original look. We have a M in side of a red oval, red stripe down the middle, and red face mask.

i love the riverdale spear, but i also think that oakland's old dark blue helmets with red facemasks and the new grey ones with red facemasks were pretty cool. also, maryville, mba, and ba all have nice helmets.

 

worst helmet--LINCOLN COUNTY!! those red helmets that don't match any of their uniforms are reminiscient of louisiana tech.

Hey, Gobbler 51. I guess that truck(Oneida) you got hit by left some dented memories. Heck, I agree our helmets are ugly, with all the paint they have drawn from other teams tops after a couple of games they can't possibly look too good. Nice cut about pulling unis from the dumpster too, heck our state university must look god awful in their equipment on Saturdays! I'm sure your gobbler don't sit in Neyland Stadium either !?!? Nope, sounds like sour grapes to me! I guess we just lost the helmet competition, but from a tradition standpoint I'd say we stack up pretty well. Football ain't about pretty. By the way, what does a turkey look like on the side of a helmet, Gob?

I see where alot of people put Dobyns-Bennett down as one of the best but their helmets are just like East Robertson. So if you are gonna put down DB you need to have East Robertson down also.
