Important Information for Friday Night's Football Game

It’s Football Time at KCHS! With the beginning of a new football season, one with many new opponents, several changes have been implemented in an effort to make your game experience flow more smoothly.

Spectators will enter through one of two entrance gates:

Those purchasing tickets will enter through the ticket gate after purchasing a ticket. Tickets are $5.00 per person. Children below the age of 5 will be admitted free. Tickets will be collected once through the gate.

Those with an All Sports Pass, Student ID or Faculty ID will enter through a pass gate, which will be located to the left of the ticket gate, directly in front of the All Sports Complex weight room. A pass must be shown to enter through this gate; otherwise a ticket must be purchased.

Once entering the stadium, spectators may exit through the pass gate after having their hand stamped. Spectators may re-enter through the pass gate with a hand stamp. A ticket will not gain a spectator re-admission after exiting the stadium. This remains in effect during the time tickets are being sold.

I'm not much on predicting scores these days but I will say that Smith County will win a hard hitting ball game that will be played close to the vest.  Best of Luck to both teams and hope the game is free from injury.  GO BIG OWLS!!!

This is a good one...not a single Catholic player/fan posted on this before the game. It seems that almost everyone had this as a hard hitting game for four quaters...well it was, Catholic did the hitting, and they did the hitting hard on a unconditioned Smith county team.

Unconditioned? Maybe, it is hard to really tell, but I doubt it! The heat index was around a 100. Cramps and things to that nature are going to happen soon and often. Catholic looked fortunate to not have many of those. I don't think the heat and cramps have anything to do with conditioning.
