He's not very, good just average but , he is a hard north/south runner who does not seem to mind taking a hit. I like that, its old school.

Ruptrain is a hard hitter, and hard runner. but needs improvement when blocking the sweep. He likes to slow down then miss the man he is needs to block. It drives the coaches crazy!! He will get better, he is only a Jr. Matt does work hard in the wieght room. thumb

Watched him for 2 games. Average at best, Short, needs to block better, learn how to hang onto the football. Decent runner always gives 100 percent and keeps feet moving at all times, he will get his moneys worth over the next few weeks against Farragut, Maryville, Oak Ridge, and Soddy Daisy. Seymour and Campbell Cty had terrible defenses.

This IS the same Heritage team that just barely beat that poor ol' stumbling/bumbling/Johnsonless Campbell Co. team that is playing 5A football without a 5A defense isn't it. To answer the question he must be of minimum effectiveness because if the Johnson kid had played Campbell Co. would have scored at least twice with EP's and the ball controll offense would have limited Heritage to only one score. Don't let one minor victory swell your head into Chilhowee Mt. size pumpkin..............

i've watched alot of film and he's nothing special. He has potential is he gets faster and learns to run block better.. I'm not bashing anyone, it's just my opinion.
