The good thing about this rivalry is that it has always been intense, but it has also been clean. I think both teams will be a suprise for the other and it will be a case as to which one adjusts the quickest that wins.

Both teams will come to play. This could be a classic. Both teams will try to outhit each other. I am sure both teams have some players bang up. I hope that players from both teams can play at full strength. The Rebels sure need their key players healthy. Special teams and protecting the ball will be keys. We need to put pressure on the Falcon's qb. We will have more passing yards than last yr.

We play more as a team than we did last yr and we will play hard till the game is over. I think this game comes down to the final minutes and maybe, even overtime. I do agree with Statman, both teams will have surprises.

Hope Franklin Co brings a large crowd and that they will make a lot of noise. Go Rebels!

I have to go with FC on this one. Braylon Leslie is a hoss. At least 150 on the ground.

Franklin County will have a tough time putting points on the board against the Falcon defense...the Rebels may have some scoring opportunities against the Falcon special teams, so it will be up to the Falcon offense to win this game.

 

A wild prediction: LC 24 FC 7 or maybe 10

After watching LC defensive line play against Riverdale, good nose guard and linebacker play, I would go with LC against FC. I would think LC will get stronger during rest of their schedule.

Franklin County will have more success than Riverdale did on running the ball against Lincoln County. The Falcons played over their heads against Riverdale, and Riverdale had some TDs called back.

 

FC will surprise LC.

I agree that the running game of FC will be tough to stop, and they boast a pretty good defense. Should be an interesting ball game with the weather and all. Look for a head on collision in the pit tonight.
