Catback, GWave is alot better suited to answer but I think Gallatin has been to the big game either six or seven times and I know they have won three. We are due for a return but our offense needs to start clicking.

Just curious, How many times has Gallatin been in the Championship game?, and what is there record in the championship game overall?

 

Gallatin has gotten to the big game 6 times, the last being a win over #11 natl ranked Clinton in '92, 21-13. I just watched the game tape 2 nights ago. Man those guys played some ball. I know Riverdale has at the very least tied for most championships won in 5A, but somebody would have to clarify that one.

I couldn't agree with you more! I do think we had a great shot at it in 2003 when Jamo was there! I think next year will be our next shot, but we'll have to get through this season first! C-ya on the 50!!!!!!!!!!

13 years!!!! Wow, seems like just last week to me!!! Has it been that long since I was the 16-year-old starting left guard for that team? I'd sure like to see them go back, but they ave some big holes on offense to close up. I agree, I think next year will be the shot.
