Coalfield hosts Greenback. . .

I noticed the Coalfield fans had been quiet on here for a few days; give us some thoughts.

Coalfield has to keep two things in mind (and I'm almost assured that they will).

 

1) Homecoming Festivities can be a distraction if you don't stay focused on the game and your opponent.

2) Greenback has improved since the beginning of the season and cannot be taken lightly by this Yellow Jacket squad. The Cherokees will be fired up and choppin' ---whoa. . .oh.oh.a oh. . . (sorry, too many Braves games lately) to hand Coalfield a region loss.

What are your thoughts/predictions on this one?

I'm with rsquared. If Coalfield stays focused then they shouldn't have a major problem, but if their heads are in the clouds then Greenback (who looked pretty good at Oakdale) will give them a tough game.

I've always wondered WHY they have football players escorting homecoming queen candidates during halftime.

 

Back to the game, earier in the season I thought Greenback didn't have a chance against Coalfield--but things change. I still think Coalfield will win.
