BristolBoy
You Central people are ridiculous. You think Buchanon and Weathorford are freakin Kobe and T-Mac or somethin when they are just a little above average players. How can u put Dinkel or Shiply on there, youve got to be kidding me Jrock. Weatorford and Bucahnon are not even close to D-1 material like you said and would be lucky to go NAIA.I think Shaud and Nave are in a class all by themselves when it comes to backcourt play in this area. The guy wanted non bias answers so here is non bias. PG-Shaud Johnson-THS SG-Derek Nave-Betsy SF-Omar Wattad-Sci Hill PF-Beau Haldren-South C-Levi Ashworth-South (Not any real true centers that are very good so i'll give it to him)

You put Tyler Harmon. No one has even mentioned him besides you. Everyone has mentioned Phil and Gabe. Really Gabe could be the best all around player in the conference. Phil's shot is amazing, and his all around game has really improved. Ask any coach that will play Central this year, Phil will be getting dogged. Nate is one of the true point guards in the conference, besides Shaud, I don't really see many true point guards. And Shipley will have a better year than Ashworth, mark my words. Thats as unbiased as it gets, we played both of them last year and Shipley killed us, Ashworth didn't do too much.

Dinkle did not get a bunch of playing time last year but is a very good player. weatherford was first team all con. and buchanan all state hon. mention. don't hate on them because your vikings only have one player this year. you better hope you got some good transfers because you will need more talent than you had coming back to compete with most of the teams in your conference. Buchanan, Weatherford and Hess will have a lot of scoring opportunities with Dinkel at the point. His handles and ability to see the floor will surprise a lot of teams. Should be an exciting conference !!!!!!

I live in Blountville so ive seen those Central guys.As for Harmon, i could care less if anyone else has mentioned him, all i know is he was 2nd team all confernce last year and was the third leading scorer on a AAA state tournament team and scored in double figures pretty much all the way through the playoffs last year, he also lit up Unaka in a scrimmage last night. The only reason these Central guys are getting mentioned is because its people from Central. We all know Shiply is a joke I dont even remember him scoring a point in the 3 games we played them last year. And Dinkel is nothing, there are many better point guards Josef Throp, Landon Turner and Spud Roberts even.
