Well umm Bristolboy,Buchanon had 40 points and 13 rebounds last night.Playing out of position,he's a guard and has to play in the post, and still dropped 40.Half of that would be a career day for a bunch of people. But I'm sure your right,he isn't any good.

 Sounds like he doesn't have much of a team!!

Yeah you're right. Central does have a lot of people that can score. Wes Baker has done a great job contributing off the bench so far this year. I hope he can keep that up. And Dinkel has done a good job of pushing the ball and getting the ball to Gabe, Phil and Hess. McCoy always does those little things that go unnoticed. He sets those mean screens to help get our scorers open, he takes charges, and is a good rebounder. That's his game.

Go Cougars.

You Central people are ridiculous. You think Buchanon and Weathorford are freakin Kobe and T-Mac or somethin when they are just a little above average players. How can u put Dinkel or Shiply on there, youve got to be kidding me Jrock. Weatorford and Bucahnon are not even close to D-1 material like you said and would be lucky to go NAIA.I think Shaud and Nave are in a class all by themselves when it comes to backcourt play in this area. The guy wanted non bias answers so here is non bias.

PG-Shaud Johnson-THS

SG-Derek Nave-Betsy

SF-Omar Wattad-Sci Hill

PF-Beau Haldren-South

C-Levi Ashworth-South (Not any real true centers that are very good so i'll give it to him)

i think nave is the best player in the area by far...

Nave’s not even the best player on his team much less this area! I watched the Cyclones play South at Viking Hall Saturday night and they kept it close but were no match for the Rebels. In watching that game I noticed that #22 Mika (the transfer from Science Hill) clearly overshadowed Nave. As a matter of fact … he was responsible for keeping the game close with several penetrating drives to the basket. Nave couldn’t have had more than 6 or 8 point in the game. You sound a lot like those Central fans. :thumb:

Neither one of those two DB players you mentioned would crack the top ten rotation at Science Hill. DB's best player is the Freshman Slyvester.

thats not true, do not kid yourself. both of those could play for science hill, maybe not start, but they could def. play. as far as sylvester, is he the best freshman in the area and has a world of potential...
