Who is the best team in 1a?

is it JCS, is it Union City, is it Trousdale, is it Hampton, is it Mckenzie, is it Lake Co.

Ah you can't judge by TC's schedule...they haven't played anyone that much...They played Macon and Smith at the begginning of the year...I garauntee they can't beat either one of those teams now as much as they did ealier in the season and they played LA who has been about the same all year...Other than FCS the region is weak and TC beat'em all to death...

trousdale couty is probly the best they used to be triple a and droped to single a and are more experenced in playing big time high school football

TC by far this year. They would be in the top 10 in 3A if they had stayed there.

I have not seen Trousdale or JCS play but I think Union City is probably the best in 1A. They have brought their work ethic and preparation from years of double A ball to single A, and they are ahead of the pack.

Dont hate because of the way they beat your team. Just admit they are the best team in 1A in the state. HANDS DOWN! If they get beat in the playoffs it will defiently be a upset.

I agree smallin. Trousdale County is 4 REAL. I think they dress what 28 or 29 players. Small in numbers but HUGE in Productivity. They would be in the TOP 10 in 3A this year. TOP 3 in 2A. They are very deserving of the Number 1 Spot in 1A. A Smith County fan pulling for Trousdale County. Who would've thought that!!!!

1.They are supposed to be and normally are a 3A School.

 

2.They did well in 3A during their years there.

 

3.They are #1 and undefeated at 10-0.

 

4.They gave us a run for our money a couple of years ago in the 3A Semifinals.

 

5.They used to have a great RB named T.T. Harper.

Actually, they are usually a 1A school. Their 2001 enrollment forced them up to 2A. They elected along with Smith County, Upperman, Jackson Co., and Cannon Co. to all go up to 3A to form a region with Macon, Livingston, York, and Portland where they didn't have to travel 50+ miles for a region game. IMO, if they was still in 1A in 2001 & 2002 they would have won at least a gold ball in (2002) maybe both years.
