Thad Young without a question. He is a great player who will become a Penny Hardaway type who has all around that not too many can compare to. He will be a better college and possibly pro player than Wright just because of all the things that he brings to the table.

Though both players are incredibly talented, it is definitely not clearly cut that Thad Young is the better player and has a better future than that of Wright. I was listening to ESPN radio when the NBA draft experts were on there comparing Brandan Wright with KG. They discussed the main difference in the two was the fact that Wright was an extremely better shot blocker with the best timing that these guys have ever seen. Thad Young may be the better high school player because the ball is in his hand at all times, but without a doubt Wright has the better upsize and better future in the pros.

Wright is better than Young hands down.. Anyone who has seen both teams play can tell this.. Wright never plays the "take over the game single handedly" because his coach plays his offense around his team... Not around 1 or two players... Wright could be averaging 35 to 40 night in night out if he needed to play that style..

We'll find out on February 11 when the two teams go

head to head. Brandan scores what it takes for the

team to win. BA has a very disciplined and balanced

offense with a number of weapons. However, Brandan

can (and has on occasions) put up 30. With BA's

offense and Brandan's unselfish nature, he doesn't

need to score 30 for BA to win. His shot blocking and

rebounding more than offset the need to score 30 a

game.

It'll be a lot of fun to see that game for sure. We in Tennessee should be very proud of having two such great players, and outstanding people. I know they are both good students (I read somewhere that Young has a 4.0 avg.) and having watched Brandan play in 70 or so games, I have yet to see him show up or try to humiliate another player, nor even argue with a ref's call. He has an amazing attitude for such a great player, and is the most unselfish superstar you can imagine.
