Yes he is amazing ... I can't remember his first name, but his last name is Holloway, and he wears #13. He's had two punt returns for touchdowns in the post season. He ran a punt back for a TD against Henry County and he ran a punt back against Hillsboro. Keep ya eye out for #13 ... he can flat out FLY!

This game is about as hyped in TN as the USC - UCLA game in CA. I say Maroon & Gold wins both games. SC and OM. Maroon, Burgundy, or whatever.

I expect for Mr. Carter to come out and play hard... We respect M. Carter but he being fired up will not be enough, because Maryville is ready for this game as is fired up as well.

Good question TraderB because at the beginning of the season, Melrose had a different Punt returner ... #1 ... Washingtion. I remember the first time I saw #13 returning punts, I was like ... why did they switch? #1 was a threat to return one everytime he touched it. Seems that #13 is just as dangerous. #1 plays CB ... #13 plays WR. Both can fly ... but to answer your question ... I think the punt returner in the CBHS game was #1, Washington ... not #13.

Why isn't there a dome in TN?

 

Don't they have artificial turf at MTSU? It's gonna make for a slippery, sliding game if it rains.

 

There's nothing worse than a championship game in the rain. I'd rather see it snow.
