2priceless
Does anyone know if Coach Pippenger is leaving or has left Jeff. Co.? I haven't seen him in over a month and I have heard a few things. I want to know if they're fact or not. Heard in the Boro that he is Smyrna bound. Sorry..... wingman10
If the outsiders and parents will stay out of the football program I'm sure they will be just fine. Let the coaches handle it. Nuff said!!!! I agree
Patsfan46
Rumor has it that one of the players that filed the suit is coming back to the team before long. Has anybody heard about this or anything about the suit?
Ole Dad
Just so we are clear...no players filed a suit.... their mommys and daddys filed a suit. The players are now tired of being manipulated by their ignorant parents and are returning. If the mommys and daddys would get over the fact that they were underachievers in sports and let the kids play the game and not try to live vicariously through their children then HS sports would be much better off. bounder
Too many big egos for the parents and ex-players to stay out of the whole process. Folks who never played a down, let alone coached a down, think they are NFL coaches therefore know more than a mere championship ring wearing coach could ever know. GET OUT of the process and just go back to being great fans than you could be cause you sure ain't getting the pay to be coach! Small as it is!! Ole Dad
Bounder, Correct again. I hope the Pats have another great season and get this program back on track and supported by all. They have a great staff and the players that are there now have heart and guts and will do great. Ole Dad Too many big egos for the parents and ex-players to stay out of the whole process. PatriotMan
I heard Lowrey was going to Sev. County. Good bye and don't let the door hit you on the way out. I heard there are 50 players out for Spring and that does not include baseballers.
Patsfan46
I heard GIles and one other are going to Catholic...say it aint so!!! If that is true, they are in for a rude awakening. I have a relative that played for catholic and they are just as tough as the Jefferson Co coaches, if not tougher.

Coach Woods at Mo West is no push over, neither is Coach Reid at Alcoa, and Coach Brewer at Sevier Co definitely isn`t. Isn`t it strange that former Patriots can play for them with no problems? It really is sad to see people celebrating players leaving.

JC4life
Maybe they realize they have no other choice. Well NOBODY walks over Coach Jett at Jeff Middle, Coach Woods and Coach Delozier run a tight ship at Maury. No one who has played for any of the three will tell you differently.
