Does anyone have a bracket or know what teams are going to be in attendance? I know Rose Hill Middle and West Middle are going out of Jackson but what other teams are there?

The Jackson Sun had an article on the second page of the sports section either yesterday or day before yesterday about the teams and the times. I know the WTAC is sending Haywood and Northview girls and Humboldt and Fayette East boys. Haywood's girls are 16-0. Hope this info helps you out some.

I don't know if this is the same tournament,but Hillcrest out of the Obion County Jr.High School System is playing in Jackson,their first round opponent is Bolivar....The Lady Cougars are 21-0...

Hillcrest won the TMSAA West Tennessee Sectional last night by beating Mt Pisgah out of Cordova 35-31. Since West Tennessee has no large or small division, Hillcrest could be considered a present day "Hoosiers." Hillcrest is a K-8 school with 600 students. The teams they beat were Bolivar (522 students in grades 6-8), defending champion Southwind (1033 students in grades 6-8), Craigmont (1080 students in grades 6-8), and Mt Pisgah (1022 students in grades 5-8). Congratulations Lady Cougars. Way to show those HUGE Memphis schools how basketball is played.

Congratulations to the Hillcrest girls. I was impressed the night I saw them play they had five solid players who were well coached. They played team ball and will fit in the Obion program immediately.
