ADMINISTRATORS ARE NOT OBLIGATED TO KEEP ANYBODY "UP TO SPEED" ITS THEIR BUSINESS TO TAKE CARE OF. NOT COMMUNITY MEMBERS, STUDENTS, AND PARENTS. :thumb:

How do you figure that? Do you have ANY idea how much money and time the parents and former players have put into the program???.. We deserve to know at least the very least....

All the coaches from other states that have applied have no idea bout our program, they just saw the ads "5-A school, big enrollment, head coaching position". There is no vested interest with most of these guys.

Have you ever even considered the possibility that some of the coaches who have applied may be a good fit for Bearden? Don't ever put all your eggs in one basket. Some of the coaches may know what Bearden has to offer and may be better than you think. Keep an open mind and let those in charge of making the decisions do their job. I honestly think if you give them a chance and don't formulate your decision on what you think is best, things will work out. Like my coach always told me, any decision that you make other than one to support the team and put the team first is a selfish decision. Be a TEAM player. Support WHOEVER your administration selects.

Our adminisration has proved very little towards competence in its recent hirings of coaches...no?
