Rusty Blackman Approached for Cleveland Job?

Rusty might take a Coaching job at Cleveland. not sure if its a head job but it is a coaching job.

I was told Al Miller asked Rusty to come and talk to him over Christmas vacation when Rusty was home, but Rusty did not go.

If Rusty decides to Coach he will be a great one regardless of where he goes. He had a tremedous amount of discipline and work ethic as well as wrestling knowledge that would rub off and a group of kids eager to learn. He would be a tremendous asset to any program.

The job listing says that they are looking for someone with a proven track record and an experienced head wrestling coach. With all due repect to Rusty and Kevin, this tells me that someone fresh from college need not apply.

Connell wrestled for Brainard. Mullins for ND. Gilbert for East Ridge and Weathers, his asst., for Red Bank. Seems like RB's coach wrestled there as well.
