This is unreal, one minute the Toppers are the greatest thing since sliced bread. But now you are ready to get rid of the coach. I didn't see the coach miss a shot last night. The Cougars just took it to them, they were the tougher team last night. For goodness sake, GIVE THE CENTRAL PLAYERS SOME CREDIT. SH supposedly has a D1 player that should have carried his team "but couldn't".

They do have a d1 player...Omar Wattad...He didnt do too shabby...sure he was not the leading scorer of all teams..buchanan was. But Wattad had a better stat line. 22 pts. 10 rebs and 7 asts.That is 3 assists away from a triple double. SCORING ISNT EVERYTHING! Central had three hot players this whole tourney. Wattad was all Shhs had. He scored 9 more points than forney on 4 fewer shots last night. Not to mention the rebs ans asts again...stop hating on Wattad. He is a D1 player; any partial fan knows it. He is the BEST player in the conference...Sullivan Central was the BETTER team last night. Props to them...but do not hate on Wattad. He is a stat stuffer. And the Hill will be ready come Regionals. Dont worry.

You know Buchanan is a D1 player too, and from what i have seen he has proved that he is the best player in the conference and last night Gabe deserved the MVP and showed why he is the best. 26 points 12 rebounds and 5 assists and 2 steals, that's not too far away from a triple double either. so think about what you're saying before you post something because everyone is getting sick of hearing your non-sense. thanks and Good luck in the Regionals Cougars.

Are you like Omar's sidekick or something? All you do is kiss up to him constantly on this board and it is about pathetic. Omar isn't a bad player but it is like this, Is he the best player to ever come through SH? NO, not even close. And none of those players really went to a big time program (I think maybe Jovann's brother Damon went to Tennesse, but I don't think he played much). So what makes you think Omar is above those guys? He isn't.

 

Also, Omar didn't do that much last night. He got most of his points when the game was out of reach and Central went to a zone.

No way is Buchanan a D1 prospect....Omar is not either...this year, he may be next year....you want to see D1 players you better go watch Oak Hill...

Omar didn't have his game. He had an off night. Quit hatin'. Omar didn't have his game because the coach let Central take control of the game. Kenny Cutlip should have POUNDED it downlow. Hess and Buchanon could not stop Lauderback or Crowder. Hess and Buchanon would get into foul trouble and then that would leave one other good player to shoot the three. Omar and Landon Turner would shut that player down. Then, it would be Science Hill's game. But instead of that, Coach tried to play Central's game.... Three pointers.... not against Central. They can shoot. Then again, that is all they can do. Pound the ball down low. Tell your post players to stay on their feet keep their hands straight up. On offence, draw the foul and get their post players into foul trouble, then it would be Science Hill's game.

You gotta play defence. That is one thing that Science Hill did not do. There press was non-existent. Full court, Half court... pick one that works and stay with it. Especially when Hess and Buchanon are in foul trouble, there goes two of the better ball handlers.

And another thing.... Freakin' A Kenny... Play some height. We had the advantage of height against them. Starting line up should be as follows: Crowder, Lauderback, Omar, Forney, and Landon Turner. But instead of that, we try to play Central's game. Up and down, up and down, little defence, quick, shoot the three every time to get it. You have to take control of the game. Next time we play a team and Coach still hasn't learned to play some height against teams that we need height against.... trust me, Kenny will be getting an earfull of me.
