johnnyboy
Anyone know what's going on in Tellico? Who applied? Who has interviewed? When will decision be made? I thought Baylor and McMinn Central took awhile, but it looks like Tellico is going to take the longest of the three.

bigbear75
Any news on tellico's Frontrunner or do they have a coach already in mind, but it has taken a long time to try to fill this postion.
cathey
Nothing as of yet. There are still a couple of guys left to be interviewed. The guys I have met are good guys. There are some front runners, but I will not say their names or where they are from. I think the hire will come late when the teaching spots for the 2006 - 2007 school year become available. Look for something in April or May to be honest. Available jobs now are Special Ed and Building Trades.

cathey
Look at this site, it should tell you something about Vocational certification. http://www.state.tn.us/education/vehompg.htm Edited March 1, 2006 by cathey
cougardad
Look at this site, it should tell you something about Vocational certification. http://www.state.tn.us/education/vehompg.htm I heard MArk Stone recently fired from Copper Basin is the front runner. If tellico takes him good luck to both
cathey
Hmm, thats news to me and I am at the school everyday. I think that the head coach will be....decided within a week or so to be honest now. I know the two finalists for the job, and neither of them is Coach Stone. I think names are best left out of this at this time. Go Bears!!

Bama14
Goodluck next year Tellico We look forward to when yall make the trip down. Hey thats cool. Where in Alabama is he from? Alabama must be taking over Monroe Coutny, isn't Sequoyah's coach from Alabama? I understand he came from Georgia but I believe he is from Alabama originally. Good luck to the new coach on his new job.
ThePaperBoy
Will the new coach bring any assistants with him. Tellico needs some good ones. A head coach can't do it by himself.
