White House-39

McMinn Central-64

4:30 left in the 4th

Beau got another Dunk

He needs to be out of there with 4:30 left in the game and a 25 point lead. Don't take a chance on an injury, especially against a frustrated team that might take a cheap shot on a dunk attempt, down that much. With this score, sounds like Brainerd has a good chance of making it 2-2 from Region 3 (haven't looked for an update yet).

White House was trash, I knew they were gonna beat when they were warming up. I don't know how they even made it to substate.

Come on, man. That's not very classy.

Besides, we're getting ready to see some very tough matchups in the 'boro. Bolivar, Liberty, Mitchell, Alcoa, Haywood are very scary. I don't know the finals of the others, but there won't be any easy games at State.

Why do you call other teams trash? Like he said that is not very classy and will not get you any respect from teams you call trash.

But McMinn played pretty good tonight against White House.

I think they can go far.

Normally I would agree, but you should realize that this is the last home game of his career, I got to see Central for the first time this year, but they looked great. White House certainly did not look like trash, they obviously aren't near as good as Central, but they could beat a lot of the AA teams in the state, and probably most of them in middle and east TN. Congrats on getting that far White House, and good luck to the Chargers, Beau had some nice dunks, 15 for McMinn had a decent dunk and #5 did dunk it, but Beau's were all better, he had another dunk coming in from left-side with left-hand and was gonna through it down hard but got fouled. White House had a lot of size compared to most AA teams over here, I don't know who all they got returning, but it was certainly about Beau tonight.

    • Groves got the ball over 20+ times. His son arguably played the best for East in that game. 3rd and long multiple times and he came up big to continue a couple drives. Please shut up for the 3rd year in a row
    • And can you tell me who those two quarterbacks were, and every kid that was put into college from Bearden is a Bearden kid? It’s kind of why they graduated from Bearden.   and I would definitely not consider ETSU “waste”…
    • Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.
    • Well, I’d hope the new coaching staff thinks they are all that because they can always walk around the school, anytime they want, thinking that, especially for what they’ve done for the student athletes and the players, putting more kids in college in his first season than the old coaching staff did in numerous years combined, but we will just sweep over that because I know you don’t like facts. But trust me, nobody wanted Mr. Big britches, made the star player switch to quarterback, which is ultimately the reason he ended up transferring to play the position. He loved, but unfortunately, had to be at another school because Mr. Big Britches doesn’t like when a teenager knows more than him, but can’t expect much coming from a guy who used all class throwing pencils up into the ceiling and making fun of football kids who were failing class right to their face, and in front of numerous students, even projecting on the board most of the time.
