1A wise, for the sames I saw, they really wasn't calling a lot of loose ball calls like backside. And they wouldn't even come close to calling hand checks or holds, say for instance, when being pressured while dribbling up the court. In the Wayne Co/Clay Co game they called everything that wasn't fouls and didn't call any fouls, even when they looked right at the play. It didn't make any sense. But they were calling good charges and blocks. All in all, I guess the reffing to me was about 50/50 as always

Everyone needs to quit making excuses. Don't blame the refs for getting "racked". If you get beat, go to the house and try harder next year.

I posted the following on another thread but seemed just as appropriate posting it here too....

 

"Oh come on man...even the internet feed announcers who are supposed to be neutral were questioning calls...I know one of them said..."you've got to be kidding me, I just didn't see it" at least twice. They even commented that McMinn got away with traveling about a hundred times "well he got away with another one". You gonna tell me that these neutral announcers don't know what they are talking about?....Way to go Liberty!! Bring it home to 12AA!"

 

The announcers also questioned alot of calls in the Bolivar/ Mitchell game...but they questioned them both ways instead of so much in favor of one team over the other.

I just wish people would quit complaining about the refs. If they want to do the job, then they should go to school to be one. They are making excuses because their team got "racked" in the state tournament.

THE FOULS DURING THE LIBERTY MCMIONN GAME WAS UNEVEN..

12 TO 23 UNEVEN.

30 FOUL SHOTS TO 10 OR 12 UN EVEN.

REFS. WERE TRYING TO MAKE LIBERTY SLOW DOWN AND PLAY LESS AGRESSIVE.

Please stop crying about the refs. Im a ref myself. I think you are just mad that McMinn got "racked" in this game and they are at home watching now. I hate when people blame it on the refs because their team got beat.

Well, R= Egypt got by far the better of the calls last night and still lost!!!!!!

Any teams that go to east tn from west tn get screwed , it happens all the time in football or basketball , it does not matter what sport it is ,you can ask anyone from west tn , but we still happen to be better and can handle it and still win

Agreed it is but it can't be that hard to call it evenly. Even if the calls are bad calls both ways its better than what appeared to be blatant one-sidedness on the refs part in some of the state tourney games this year.

well it has alot to do with fans of teams they support

 

somes fans think their teams can do no wrong i go to alot of games and i see this 1st hand

 

i am a honest person like if a parent or fan is complaining about a call i will tell them strait up if its a honest call or not
