Chris Donald to be a Vol this weekend?

I have heard he might pull the trigger as early as this weekend. Any truth?

I doubt it. Chris has said he is nowhere near making his decision, but that was last week. He just got back from junior day at Miss. State.

 

On a side note....Notre Dame requested film on Donald last week. I imagine he is going to hit the camps hard and collect a boat load of offers after this summer.

Just got pretty good info that Donald almost committed but he gave his word to Ole Miss coaches that he was going to visit them and have something to compare to TN. I also belive this is a courtesy visit to his friend Patrick Willis(boy did TN miss on that guy). Donald will then make his decision after that.

I hope to see him in Orange in 07 for the Vols. I think he will contribute right away if he does sign with UT or wherever he chooses.

Looks like on CSS that Chris was seating with some of the caoches and Spencer Clifft from Huntingdon also. They were at a baseball game together.
