well the rule is a loophole

you win on pk's count it has a win so it makes you look good

lose on pk's no big deal just count it has a tie

I don't blame you for not knowing this since you don't keep up with Georgia soccer, but the rule changed this year. Last year the lose in pk's counted it as a tie because in Georgia last year, pk's did not end in a win or loss. However, this year Georgia decided that games that went into pk's even in the regular season would end in a win or a loss. TSSAA said that since the game took place in Georgia that it would count as a win. Also if you look on eurosportscoreboard.com where they keep official wins and losses, it says that H'ville is 7-2-1. Also through that website if you go to Georgia it counts it as a loss for Parkview.

Portland 0, Station Camp 0

Good game. Station Camp controlled first half, while Portland controlled second. Portland had the only real scoring chance early in the first on a short-lived breakaway. Station Camp had probably 15 shots, but only one or two on goal, most coming from the 25-40 yard range. Portland had fewer shots, but had a couple more on goal. Tie should tick both teams off and make for some exciting drama heading into districts.
