madisonLB
Eliminated your team goes in this post when your team is eliminated AAA D2 AA/A haha yes i was praying madison moved up just one spot and someone from the west would break a top 4, but the top 5 or 6 in A/AA is so close, and really they could all be ranked 1st and second, but we will see how these rankings play out, i think these a quite good rankings, well done with these... we appreciate it, because doing this 2 times a week is not easy thanks mjuhb
soccer67
Farragut at #7? Dobyns-Bennett at #11? Both ahead of undefeated Morristown West who just beat #5 Science Hill who beat both DB and Farragut! MW has allowed I think only 2 goals all season. truefootballer
I agree with soccer67. How can a team who beat Science Hill and dominated DB be behind DB and Farragut. Morristown West did tie DB, but the shots were about 20 to 5 going to MW and MW hitting the post many times.
GREG141
IMO, MBA should be higher. FRHS has won only one d2 middle game. I appreciate your rankings, but I am having a hard time understanding. Oh well...it will all take care of itself.

LHSa08
i dont see why everyone is getting on mjuhb's case about his rankings, hes the one putting in all the hard work to put it up here. if you all have so many changes you want made, why dont you just rank all the teams yourself? thanks mjuhb, for all the effort your putting into the rankings. Hold on a minute. Every ranking wether it is AP, UPI, USA Today, CBS sportsline or ESPN comes under some type of scrutiny. That is the nature of polls or rankings. I have seen very little personal attack directed toward mjubb. If anyone has a problem with dialouge regarding the polls they are very closed-minded. Rankings do not help anyone get to the next round of games or win any games for that matter. If they are not to encourage discussion, what is the point?? The TSSAA does not seede based on anyones rankings. I think the work that mjuhb has done is great, but I think that it is very illogical to refrain from questioning these rankings or any rankings just because it requires substantial effort. GO_DB
Farragut at #7? Dobyns-Bennett at #11? Both ahead of undefeated Morristown West who just beat #5 Science Hill who beat both DB and Farragut! MW has allowed I think only 2 goals all season. DB tied Mo. West 0-0 in an early season game and lost to SH 2-1 in a very close game. Do you really believe Mo. West is better than Farragut??? Besides rankings dont matter anymore. If. Mo. West is a really good team then they will prove it in the postseason.

Who's getting on his case? Relax. Just asking a question and discussing the results. That's why it's called a forum. I'm sure as soon as he posted his poll he (mjuhb) knew there would be a discussion. I for one am much appreciative and enjoy his rankings and polls. He is more knowlegable in regards to all this than any of us. I am not even associated with Mo West. I am just interested in the reasoning behind the ranking. I'm guessing it's strength of schedule and a few ties that kept them from being higher. Edited May 6, 2006 by soccer67
