I would put Scott Erland of Harpeth 6' 6"(8-0 .44 ERA w/some wins against some great teams including Farragut and Milan) and Josh Knight of Sycamore on this list, they may not have a big of name like Minor's but these two kids can get the job done. Harpeth has alot of depth in their pitching with two future standouts Fiser and Hale, and Creek Wood also has McCannless and Thiel. All of these teams are in the same district and I would put this District up against any other in the the State(AA)

Most of you have probably never heard of him, but what about Jordan Burchett from Webb in bell buckle. Burchett was the pitcher for the Shelbyville all-stars this summer who won state, and did well in the southeast. He plays for a not-so-good team, but he could play for just about anyone, in my opinion

There's no doubt about it the best small school and one of the best pitchers in the state is Mikie Minor. Mikie has given up just one earned run this year and that was agains't a very good Huntland team on the same night he struck out 21 of their batters. I believe his era was .179 before he started the district tournament.

    • The people need our help!
    • Lol when was last time they won region or got past the 3 rd round.
    • Gravedigger gotta finish filling the hole before hitting 40 East. May need a new Yellow Shirt play signaler on the Stones. And apparently a new strength coach now. Cicadas must've got shaken out of the bushes in Donelson. Hopefully the mower man sticks around to keep DG field looking pristine. Maybe new OC can call in a favor to his PGA friends that knows a thing or two about being green during the season. The heat is on soon. Bring in the 2 way freak Iceman and cool things off. He knows a thing or 2 about wildcats. Gotta take our talents South soon for Nationals. Don't step on my blue suede shoes.
