maybe I was wrong about the score?!?! I dont know did it say in there that Westmoreland ended up winning? well anyways that is great coverage on a scrimmage!

As quoted.............

"MORELAND — It was difficult to determine which team was the winner when the Greenbrier and Westmoreland prep football squads faced off on Friday evening.

Though it appeared as if the Eagles scored one more touchdown, an unofficial penalty might have cost the hosts a win had the brand-new scoreboard actually been turned on.

In the end, each team scored two touchdowns during the varsity portion of the scrimmage."

You almost had me fooled there, Catfish/CBarkley/BigCountry......but thanks for keeping up with my viewing frequency.......but no, I haven't been to Westmoreland in at least a decade or two. You must still think I'm someone I'm not. I did talk with a good friend that is a Greenbrier player yesterday though and asked how the scrimmage went. He seemed to think they faired pretty well, but then again, it was a scrimmage.

How are Sycamore and the Cubbies looking? :)

Sycamore?????????

Cheatham Co. is young and it will take some time to replace last year's great senior class (which you got to find that one out first hand in week five). Every week is going to see opportunities for these "Baby Cubs" to improve.

Now let's not go through another year of you hiding behind a screen name. It's the first time and I hope the last time that I have to read garbage that has nothing to do with the game of football.

Good Luck to your Bobcats in a very tough Region 4-3A :D

So it is you...am I mistaken? Didn't you play for Sycamore in HS? I guess I thought you would be keeping up with them too.

Thanks for the update on Cheatham. Looks as there are many teams that have lost experience and playmakers. I think Jody Dorris and Justin Grogan will be big factors for us.

On a final note...I find your statement quite amusing and ironic. There is no hiding behind a screenname for me. I'm still the using same one I started with so people at least know who they're talking to..... I do wonder why you change your screenname so much....hmmm? Guess we'll never know.

Good luck to your team too. Is it the Cubs or the Blue Devils...??

    • Great to meet you too.  We're going to work hard to get back.
    • I extend my gratitude to ManCoverage for initiating this discussion thread tailored to the residents of Trousdale County. In times of adversity within our football team, it is imperative to have an outlet for expression, and what better platform than CoachT's Craigslist forum? I respectfully request that GOAT exercise discretion in his commentary, as his remarks have caused me personal distress.
    • I am inclined to wager a substantial portion of my financial assets on the likelihood that Waggoner shall transition to an alternative coaching vocation prior to the year 2028. It is my contention that discerning individuals are beginning to perceive his coaching prowess as lacking in the requisite excellence. Allow me to articulate the following assertion: Waggoner represents a markedly superior choice compared to the individual who perpetrated the act of fuel theft.   This individual exhibits a conspicuous propensity for frequent professional transitions, a trait which undermines his credibility and renders him an untenable choice for serious consideration. It is indeed confounding that his candidacy continues to garner attention and support.
    • Yeah same   It’s definitely true that tough times make tough kids, but some kids just have a big passion for the game and will become the best of the best no matter where they come from.
    • Hope you enjoy it King and good to meet you at state this year. Good luck to the Lady Landers. Keep battling.
