And that I think that they will. Looking for a good game tonight but will be a runaway. I hope I am wrong but I doubt it.

 

I think the game may suprise some people, especially if Warren County's defense can contain Jeremy Ramsey. If he gets through the line and into the secondary too many times though, it might not because he not only has really good speed, but he can stop and turn on a dime and take back off full speed again. They had better not focus on the running game and forget about the pass either. LC hasn't really opened it up yet with the QB and receivers they have. It should be a good game, I can't wait to see it, and the weather should be perfect!!! :blink:

Here you go I didn't Know exactly where you are comming from in Tullahoma so here is the generic Directions.

 

 

 

Directions to Warren Co.

 

 

Or you can follow 55 all the way in until you get to North Chancery Street/Smithville HWy, Hwy 56 and turn right. The intersection will have Applebees and Wallgreens at it. you will go aproximitly 2 miles and then you would turn left onto Caldwell St. It can be tricky but there is a Chiropractor's office and a Laundry mat that the road splits.

The L.C. game with Franklin was 10-7 until about 3 mins. to go in the game. L.C. was driving late in the 4th qt. when they fumbled the ball around the fifty yd. line and that was pretty much the ball game. Franklin had some qb. problems in the game that's for sure, they may have gotten them ironed out last week I don't know, both teams turned the ball over 4 times in the game so that was pretty even. As far as Blackman, i don't know what the problem is there, they have some pretty inpressive looking athletes just looking at them, they have a pretty good qb., a D1 kicker, and some pretty good looking skill people including the tb. Mims but for whatever reason they just can't seem to put it all together.

Franklin has one of the fastest defenses that I've seen in H.S.

If you get to go I believe that you will be impressed with Jeremy Ramsey he is a hard runner.

1: Start out going NORTH on MAIN AVE S / US-431 / TN-273 toward COLLEGE ST W / US-64 / TN-15. <0.1 miles Map

 

2: Turn RIGHT onto COLLEGE AVE E / US-64 / COLLEGE ST E / TN-15 / TN-50. Continue to follow US-64 / TN-15 / TN-50. 2.4 miles Map

 

3: Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto TN-50. 11.3 miles Map

 

4: Stay STRAIGHT to go onto FAYETTEVILLE HWY / TN-55. Continue to follow TN-55. 13.7 miles Map

 

5: Turn RIGHT onto N JACKSON ST / US-41 ALT / TN-130 / TN-16 / TN-55. 0.9 miles Map

 

6: Turn LEFT onto TN-55 E / E CARROLL ST. Continue to follow TN-55 E

      OK, well, that’s because two quarterbacks can’t start. That’s football 101. The main quarterback won the starting job, so he was on varsity, and the Seymour transfer did not win the starting job. He played some varsity. He was mainly junior varsity, and he balled out when healthy, so for the starting quarterback who’s been starting varsity since his freshman year, if you have any form of proof that he’s gotten worse, somehow, whether that means stats or whatnot, please feel free to share.

      They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.

      The only two transfers that Bearden has gotten that went on to play college football were a defensive back from Karnes, who transferred here way before the new coaching staff got here, and a running back from Carter, who went on to play at Maryville College. Both players received those offers while at Bearden, and both players got a diploma from Bearden High School. Therefore, they are Bearden kids, and you can’t do anything about that.   The transfer from Seymour didn’t win the job, what do you expect two quarterbacks to start at the same time? He played great on JV when he could stay healthy, and when he came in on varsity, he did great. The quarterback position is definitely going to be in good hands when the current starting quarterback leaves, but until then, they’re just going to be battling it out like every good quarterback competition does. The current starting quarterback has his flaws, and that is in the pass game, but what he doesn’t have flaws is running and scrambling, and if you go back and watch any game, which I’m sure you didn’t watch any, we used him very often, and when we needed a deep ball, we brought in the transfer from Seymour. The starting quarterback last year will be a senior this year, and the Seymour transfer will be a junior, so the Seymour transfer is definitely going to get his spotlight. He may even win the job this year. Football isn’t about who the newspaper thinks is the best kid. The best kid in the position will win the starting job, and I trust the coaching staff more than a newspaper or article to pick my starting QB.

      I mean, we’ve only gotten two transfers that went on to play college football, one who went to UT Martin came his second semester junior year before the new coaching staff was here, and the other one went on to play at Maryville College, in which I don’t believe he had any interest prior to transferring.
