As for the game I believe Pearl Cohn will bounce back from last week's debacle against Maplewood and win their region opener at home. Too many athletes on the Firebirds side for them to lose this one

I agree that the smith co macon and macon westmoreland are the two most exciting games i have seen in high school football. As for the racist comment...Macon fans just wanna make sure everything is safe because we aint used to goin to the east side of nashville. Come on Guys Just because the next game is in Downtown Nashville what makes you think its all Thugs And Gansters. Can't be that bad. And Another Thing To the Tiger Fans Thanks for your Support. If we lose the Region Game We still got 4 to 5 more we can Win. 4 years ago when we went to the play offs there was 1 Team that beat us besides Knox Fulton that team Being Portland. I don't see how anything that has been said is racist. No one said anything about blacks, whites, hispanics, etc. It's just that we have never been to Pearl Cohn and we have heard alot of stories, and I just wandered if it was a bad as people say. I heard that the feild are next to the projects. I just plan on taking my wife and kids so they can see the fantastic band that PC has. I mean they were awsome last year. I am sorry if you took anythign that was said as racist

Great game tigers last week! My opinion of this team is 180 degrees different now! This team has way to much to overcome to be successfull, BUT THEY HAVE WON THE LAST TWO WEEKS!

So to all you MC naysayers, in the words of Adam Sandler, "Woopeedee freekin doo!" I now think these guys are for real!!!!!!

 

As for the comments about goin to the game, people here just don't know what to expect. Did you see how many fans PC had in Lafayette last year??? Ya think they might have thought something about MC being hillbilly rednecks? Hope not! I think people here may just want to go to game to see band because when they came they put on a show. Just like their players, they earned respect on the FIELD. So people on here are just concerned about the unexpected.

That said, can anybody post good directions coming in from Gallatin area??

 

Saw on other thread that MC team was thinking about doing something special for the two deceased players ( 1 PC last year & #41). Anyone know anything about this? I think that would be a great way to show everyone what we MC fans allready know. HEART, SOUL, & CLASS!!!

If it weren't a majority black high school in the projects in East-Nashville you guys would have never made such ignorant comments about "cars being jacked" and "cheerleaders escorted" and "barbed wire fences". I would be shocked if you would have said something to that resort if you were playing at say.... Greenbrier

you have to understand that "bass ackwards" macon county is still about 20 yrs behind the rest of society.
