South Fulton @ Bruceton

What some views on the game.

 

Both teams come into the game from losses with SF getting just spanked by their crosstown rival Fulton City 56-14. Could it be again the Red Devils shock west TN and beat the Tigers like last year or does Bruceton just out-muscle and out play the Red Devils for a region win.

Devil it aint looking good right now for SF....I really thought they would beat Gleason and Fulton is not THAT good....It's gonna be a struggle for any wins this year I'm afraid....Bruceton by at least 3TD's....

Yes i do agree, Gleason i think they could have beaten, but just being wore down and many man missed tackles, also with a coverage mishap on two pass plays, it would have made the score 14-12. And with Fulton, they are much better than what everyone thinks this season and their running back and qb are excellent at what they do.

 

But yes i believe SF will get pounded this week unless a miracle happens. But good luck to both teams.

Bruceton is a very hard hitting team from start to finish their biggest down fall is poor tackling and lack of depth

Sounds somewhat like SF, very poor tackling is what really kills them. Could be a td-fest. Who knows. lol

Against Mcewen Bruceton showed a lot of heart not giving up at all

Well u, can never tell what will happen on friday. Im sure the Tigers will bring their A+ game and they always play hard and are always big and physical up front, but turnovers plagued them last year and let SF come away with the win up in SF. Could be a good game for a half, but i believe the Tigers will just wear out the Devils. Dont like to say it but

It just blows my mind how the old teams of this region have gone to crap...I'm originally from Greenfield, they have struggled for a couple years now, South Fulton is terrible when compared to five or six years ago, and Bruceton has fallen from probably the best public school team in 1A to about the fifth best in the region. It kills me to see these schools struggle so bad. I miss the good old days. Greenfield, South Fulton, and Bruceton fighting for first. Now you could throw Lake County back in there. Lake County was just going through some bad years 5-6 years ago. And now Gleason has really stepped it up from that time till now. I still think Union City and Mckenzie ruin this region. I miss the good old days, but maybe I'm just an old head and want this to go back the way they were and they never will. Oh well.....life stinks and then you die!!!
