I don't know if i would run the risk of playing JT this coming game. If we do play him, I think we should do it sparingly. This being a non-region game, not as much is on the line. Don't get me wrong, I still want to come out with the W. I think we can pull it off, if our D keeps playing like it is. Special teams impressed me last Friday, keep it up.

I agree. I would rest him another week especially since it is not a region game. Strains can turn into tears if not properly healed. Go Tigers!!!

Heard Mont. Central has a good running back, any truth to it?

Yep they do...his name is Benton Jackson. He's rushed for 540 yards in just 4 games this season with 5 tds and a 7.0 yd per carry average. Even in MC's losses (except for Creekwood) he rushed for >145yds per game. It looks like if you guys want to come away with the W you're gonna have to stop Jackson. Hope you can get your offense rolling this week and the defense stays stingy. Good Luck :o

well......i think the running backs that filled in for J.T. Blue didnt do bad. i would keep blue out this week just as a precaution. i have a feeling that wavo's offense will get a spark this week. And the defense better keep their spark. i am gonna give them another shutout. FIRE UP THA PAIN TRAIN TIGERS!

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
