Try this treat everyday on the field as if it were a job interview and get better. Because letting your mouth write checks that your body can't cash will not get it done.

 

This just in...apparantly standing in a garage doesn't make you a car, neither does watching and quoting "Two-A-Days" mean your qualified to give coaching advice.

Wayne County needs abig rebound to overcome the Ca loss and I think they will be prepared tonight. I think Mt. Pleasant is the regions strongest team and the only way to beat them is force some turnovers and mimize offensive turnovers.If Wayne Co. wins the turnover battle, I pick them by 7. If not, I say Mt. Pleasant by 21.

Hey Machiavelli When I played in college we heard every day as matter of fact it hung in our locker room. I know the coach you are talking about because I played college ball with his brother. Both of them are great guys and coaches in their own right. As for taking it from the show I think not !978-1982. No hard feelings though, as matter of fact watching Hoover this weekend Good Luck to your team also.

      RR, you might remember. Didn’t someone hide the kicking shoe that game? It seems I remember we had missed a kick the week before, and we needed all the points we could get. We thought we had a better chance going for two, so $?&@$ hid the shoe after the first miss that game. No one on our sideline looked for it very hard.

      I will never forget the 1983 Heritage vs Maryville game. I remember driving home and listening to WGAP. Can't remember the announcers name. He asked Coach Story why he kept going for 2? Story told him " Why didn't you ask Renfro that last year"

      Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
