The MLC looks like it's gonna go down to the wire for the 4th and final seed. Unnicoi,East,Elizabethton,and North all have shots. I've seen North's scheduel and don't think they have a shot. What is Unnicoi, East, and Elizabethton's remaining scheduel? Who will come up big with 3 weeks left to play?....

As of now, Unicoi has the 4th spot. At this point I believe the only way Elizabehton can make the playoffs is if they win the rest of their regular season games while Unicoi loses two of their last three games. (South, East, Central) and North loses one of their last three games. (Johnson Co., Tennessee High, Sullivan South) It appears that Unicoi has a sure win and a sure loss, but the game vs East should decide the 4th place spot as long as East defeats the Cyclones this week.

 

If East defeats Betsy and Unicoi, I think North would have the 4th place spot as long as they win two out their last three games. I don't think that's going to happen.

Also,recruitguru,you have seen Central and Unicoi play,do you think Central can go into Unicoi and get a w on the last game of the season.I thought Central gave North everything they could handle but were just a couple plays short,just looking for your opinion. Congrats to the Devils,and best of luck to everyone the rest of the season.

Unicoi (2-2): South, @ East, Central

 

Elizabethton (1-3): East, @ Central, Johnson Co.

 

East (1-3): @ Elizabethton, Unicoi Co., @ South

 

North (2-2): Johnson Co., @ South, TN High

 

Unicoi Co would appear to be in the driver's seat for now. If they win 2 out of 3, it's academic (barring a miracle win out by North)

 

East may have the next best shot. If they beat Unicoi and Elizabethton, they could take the 4th spot.

 

Elizabethton would just about have to win out, or Unicoi lose out.

 

North would have to beat one of their teams while Unicoi loses out, or beat two while Unicoi beats only one.

 

Does that sound about right, or am I leaving something out?
