Something mattered. Maybe people will give Rhea respect now, nevermind I like being the underdog every week.

What a great win so late in the season for us. We drove the ball great all night. The D stepped up time and time again causing turnover and big stops, especially Johnny "Cub" Rogers he had two picks, a tip ball that was almost a INT and a few great hits. We ran the ball great too something that we havn't done to well on. Calab made the smart throws tonight, all around great showing for Calab. I will give scoggins one thing he can make a play outside the pocket if he gets pressured, but overall Cleveland just didn't seem to have anything going for them, just really a flat preformance. The biggest thing was penalties and turnovers we finally limited them tonight. Well as long as we beat White Co we host are first Play off game since 1999.

What do you mean a rare night for the Rhea County? Both teams showed great class and sportmanship, very nice to see, after all the bad history between these teams.

 

 

I mean one of those nights where you do everything right and play out of your minds. Kind of like the Hixson game. Kind of like we are capable of doing every week, but haven't been able to do consistently, haha.

I would love to get Central again, this time at home. We were the better team last year, and would be again this year.

Doesn't matter who we get. Knox is not as good as last year. If we play at the same level we have reached in the last two weeks then we have a shot at anyone. We should have beat Red Bank but the late fumble came at the perfect time for them. I think these boys are starting to understand what it takes to play at the next level which is what we did last year at the end of the seasonbut it was just a little too late. This team will be hard to deal with in the playoffs if they stay focussed.
