fearthespear08
I'll take DB for the championship! Riverdale won't make it past quarters.. and why's that
just1np
If Riverdale has the easiest road, Gallatin definitely has the toughest. If Gallatin were to make it to the title game they would likely go through the following: Ravenwood, Dickson Co., Franklin, and Ridgeway. Opening up with the defending champs versus playing a .500 ball club. HMMMMMM
RHS07
is the r in your rhs for riverdale? no its for ravenwood
SCN08FearTheSpear
I'm predicting a second round upset with Sevier County beating Ooltewah setting up a DB/Sevier County rematch for a trip to the semis. could happean
RavenCat
So I went though the regions and made a bracket and this is what should happen pending a crazy upset. Dobyns Bennett(H) William Blount Farragut(H) Bearden Sevier Co.(H) McMinn Co. Ooltewah(H) Science Hill Cookeville(H) LaVergne(if they lose and Oakland upsets Riverdale Oakland is here) Winner of Smyrna/Lebanon(H) Winner of Coffee Co./Warren Co. Lincoln Co.(H) Loser of Smyrna/Lebanon Loser of Coffee Co./Warren Co. Riverdale(H) Gallatin(H) Ravenwood Dickson Co.(H) Loser of Hendersonville/Hunters Lane Winner of Hendersonville/Hunters Lane(H) Brentwood Franklin(H) Overton Ridgeway(H) Germantown Houston(H) Millington Bolton(H) White Station Wooddale(H) Cordova I'm not sure you can call region 6 yet...maybe you should wait until after the Ravenwood/Dickson County game Friday
couga14
I'm not sure you can call region 6 yet...maybe you should wait until after the Ravenwood/Dickson County game Friday region 6 is pretty settled as long as there is no big upset ( Cent. over Franklin, or Northeast over Brentwood. regardless of who wins DC/Ravenwood it will be 1. Franklin 2. DC 3. Brentwood 4. Ravenwood there is already two threads on the region 6-5a playoff scenario
billiard13
If Riverdale has the easiest road, Gallatin definitely has the toughest. Whether they have the eventual champion in that group or not, it's by far the roughest road to the title. There are some really good teams in the East and other areas, but not condensed as much as they are in that grouping. I_PoSt_LiTTlE
Completely agree. Whether they have the eventual champion in that group or not, it's by far the roughest road to the title. There are some really good teams in the East and other areas, but not condensed as much as they are in that grouping. Riverdale, Smryna (if they get hot), Franklin, DB, and Germantown with an outside shot to win it all. I think Riverdale might have an easier way than most of the teams, but it doesn't matter. Their rushing attack (lead by the QB Scott Thomas) might just be too much for most teams here. Lebanon held them to THIRTY with RHS have terrible field position all night. The kicker was horrendous and might hurt RHS by giving some of these teams a short field to work with. Smyrna is pretty much an outside shot too... Franklin is very very potent and Germantown.. well I just like them.
ImaOWL
I would love for Ooltewah to get a chance to play Riverdale. Ooltewah's strength is run defense and Riverdale runs teh ball 95% of the time. Should be a great game. I hope we can make it happen.... Lifer
as long as overton wins they are in. and they are playing hillwood who hasnt won a game in what 2 years now? Incorrect...it's Antioch who controls their own destiny here. They win...they're 3, Overton's out and HLane and Hville play for 2 and 4. volman09
Like Imaowl said i hope Ooltewah and Riverdale will meet i would love to see them play again... it would be a great game, but in my opinion i do beleive that if Ooltewah makes it to this game and so does D.B. i think thats going to be a even better game! In the last two years those two teams have meet in the 1st round and it was an all out "war"!!! I dont beleive Ooltewah had played a team all year that was as good or better than them and i think we will see that if they play D.B.
