Same final, but a slightly different quarter and semi bracket. Many good teams with many good games assured.

Agreed. The ones we differ on are likely to be very close. I'd go with OT in the BA/GPS game with GPS taking advantage of home field. Baylor/ECS is really a toss up and likely to be a 1-0 game either way.

I would love to see this St. Agnes team play. I've been told they are nothing short of phenomenal. Amazing that they have allowed 2 goals the entire season. That has to be some kind of record. And while they had to play some lessor teams in league play, they have played some good competition as well and just hammered them. IS everyone else's hope just that "any given day" scenario?

The TSSAA indicates Franklin's 1989 team currently holds the record for least goals allowed in a season with 2. If St. Agnes can go unscored on at State, they will tie them.

    • Well nothing new, the Mustangs are really talented again this coming season!  They very well could go undefeated in regular season.  We shall see what happens in postseason.  I think the path to state title game is a little clearer than years past.  I think the Stangs are going to be really good and I think the traditional teams around in 2A are not going to be as strong.  It should be a fun season!
    • I would not put too much stock into the UH over Eagleville. From what I understand they were pretty banged up in that tourney. Catcher was out, they were throwing pretty deep in their bullpen and a few key players were beat up in their infield. Sounds like they are pretty healthy heading into the district tournament. Look at their schedule, they played some really good teams.
