Who is the best sophmore in Tennessee?

What about Tyler Thompson from Collinwood? He is 6'6' and one of the top scores for Collinwood. He is one of the most unselfish post players I have seen in a while.

I don't know if any of you have seen Brandon Upchurch from Clarkrange play, but he is a sophmore player that is getting 25-30 points per game.

Saw him play. If he played on a good AAA team he would be getting some playing time and might avearge around 8 or so. Not in the class of Jefferson, McDonald, Kelly, etc.

i havent seen leslie mcdonald play yet. john jenkins is raked 7th in state for the sophmores, but after this season if he continues to progress he should be right in there at 1 or 2.

Leslie McDonald is one of the best players in the nation not only the state in his class. I watched him play his 7th and 8th grade years and I knew then that he would be very special.

Everytime i see these guys named for these schools i've never heard of they dont produce at all when they play schools like riverdale,oakland or just any school of that caliber

I have been fortunate to see nearly all the players on here listed and I must agree that they are all great players and will do their schools and their state proud. Everyone likes to pick out the great offensive players but in my opinion the absolute best sophomore defensive player in the state would have to be Miles Asafo-Adjei of Ensworth.

tyler thompson is good but he wouldn't be nothing if it wasn't for jake brewer and tanner andrews getting him the ball
