i dont know. i dont play. from what ive seen all year Farragut's D doesnt key in on anyone. IMO i think our D is terrible. i cant believe that no one has tried passing on us more. but once again from what ive seen and noticed.. Farragut doesnt key in on anyone. i dont know about other schools. its hard to key in on 1 person when ur balanced like Ooltewah.

Sounds to me that Ooltewah is just that good on offense!

Ooltewah is good on offense.. they are very balanced. but IMO and others im sure. Farragut isnt nearly as good on D as they have been in the past.

Plus Farragut had 2 starters on defense out with injuries and the starting safety playing quarterback. Not trying to make excuses but 3 starters out on 1 side of the ball is pretty significant. It's tough throwing guys in there that haven't had a whole lot of experience in round 3 of the playoffs especially against a good offense.

give me the ball 48-50 times a game like they do sterling and i could get 150+ yds. also marshall is a much better receiving threat out of the backfield i haven't seen farragut throw to sterling at all... i'd take marshall any day! he can score on passes!

i think Sterling has gotten the ball more than 30 times in a game 1 time. and he got like 260yds. it was aginst Bearden in the regular season.. i believe every other game he gets like 25 or so. but not 48-50 times..

Hahaha.. Here we go again. Sterling is a great back and everyone knows that. Some people just think Marshall is better... Everyone at Ooltewah wishes Sterling the best of luck this week at Mr. Football. I do hope he gets it so I can say our defense stopped him! Good Luck!

You are correct. I've seen both of them play, and I think they both are fine backs.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and that's fine. There is nothing wrong with thinking Marshall is better, but to put down Sterling is were the classless comes in. The funny thing is that, I bet the classless person who titled this thread couldn't hold a candle to either one of them.
