Well four out of five isn't bad. I keep underestimating JCS and they keep proving me wrong.

 

But Middle TN has 6 reps in the Buro, while the East has 3 and the West has 1. Now I wonder where the power is?

Actually, when you include the private school championships East TN won four of the eight possible championships. Webb, Alcoa, Fulton, and Maryville, seems the outcome points to where the power is.
