the prophet
0. Hillsboro 1. McCallie 2. Ravenwood 3. McGavock 4. Independence 5. Bye 6. Brentwood 7. NorthEast 8. Columbia 9. Dickson 10. Cenntennial What do u think of this schedule? Well your region makes your schedule tough every year, however, Northeast, aColumbia, Centennial, and McGavock do not strengthen your schedule. I also think that Dickson county is going to be down in 07. They probably will not be the same Dickson county that we have seen over the past 100 years. That is 4 games that many teams I believe could come away with a win against. So I would have ahard time saying that it was the toughest. Even with Ravenwood and Hillsboro being two great teams traditionally, and I have not even mentioned Brentwood and McCallie. Some very tough games and some cup cakes, do not equal the toughest schedule.

McNine4MVP
Wow, I'm impressed with that schedule Batman. I haven't seen or talked to you in probably 5-6 years, but I'm really happy for you and the success that you've achieved in your job. I got a chance to see you all against Dickson County and was really impressed with your young QB (Smith???) You all should be a well-oiled machine by November playing that slate. I particularly like how Independence and Antioch have scheduled. These are two ascending programs who have taken the Ravenwood/FSU in the 1980's "we'll play anybody, anywhere" mantra to build their programs and realize that "scared money can't win". These are the types of matchups that prepare you for November football. I think Antioch opens with MBA and Riverdale their first two games!!! I think August football is going to be very interesting here in the Midstate!!
CHS 2007
I just want to say, I love the fact that they kept Franklin vs. Centennial to end the year. It's always great to play your biggest rival when it matter most.
Middle Tennessee Football
Independence 2007 schedule Brentwood Academy Montgomery Bell Academy Centennial Franklin Ensworth Northeast Dickson County Ravenwood Brentwood Columbia Central Wow! BA, MBA, and Ensworth! That is a private school trifecta. Ensworth may be the best of the three. Jefferson will be the Reggie Bush of High School football next year! Very ambitious of you Independence!

Ensworth will be a very well coached team with some fine atheltes but IMO they are still a few years away from being able to compete for a State Championship. Look for MBA & BA to be 3 or 4 touchdowns better than Ensworth in 2007.

Look for MBA & BA to be 3 or 4 touchdowns better than Ensworth in 2007. IMO Ensworth is better than MBA right now. I know I am not the only one to recognize that they have gone down hill since Rutledge has been there. BA might beat Ensworth but it won't be by 3 or 4 touchdowns. Also, keep in mind that BA will be going through a coaching change. And Jefferson IS really exciting!
