I am sorry but Greenvile has had one of the weakest schedules in 3A. On the coacht strenght rankings they are ranked 99 out of 114. Oakland should be ranked 2 behind Egypt. I'd watch out for the Oakland. They have some tough competition and they play together well not to mention an amazing defense.

you havent neccessarily bashed on riverdale but you havent even remotely gave them props and such yet. they deserve to have the record they do and have earned the respect of the media. loss to blackman made them look bad of course, riverdale will be on the rebound to try and retain (even climb) their spot on the ladder.

Like I said, I hope they prove me wrong!!!

I'm not sure why having a great player on your team is a negative - sure, Greeneville is top ten because they have Wiggins...now that you have shown you have a keen grasp of the obvious, how about an intelligent comment regarding basketball...perhaps tell us any team (forget 2 - 6) that can run Greeeneville out of the gym...Bradley County? Nope, they lost by 15...Bearden...oops, went down by 10...Antioch? They lost to the same team that gave Greeneville their only loss, only Greeneville stayed in the game until late...or are we going to start hearing about how no one east of Nashville can play?

It is pretty dang impressive to me to see 3 teams from Rutherford County in the top 10. Just goes to show that Middle TN bball is GREAT!

based on the teams that I have seen play Raleigh Egypt ,Memphis Central,Whites Creek,Oakland,Antioch and Riverdale are better than Greenville but not the others on the poll. So GHS should be around 6th or 7th but its only a poll, unlike the FOOTBALL BCS. The playoff system at the end of the year will prove who is the best. No hate and I don't disagree with you - Greeneville should not be in the # 1 slot - that being said, I've seen Antioch play and I'm not sure that they are better - although they have more raw talent.

If you place any of these teams in Memphis, they will get blasted. Whitehaven beat Lipscomb by 10pts and BTW scrimmaged Whitehaven and beat them by 27pts.
