You Central people are all in your own world...or should I say Big Top Tent ! Anybody that was at that game knows that Central got most if not all of the calls. In fact there were many times when it looked like it was five on seven out on the court. Wes Baker should have and would have been ejected if we were playing anywhere else. Jeff Baker grabbed his foot to keep Wes from stomping him into the ground. Wes didn't kick Jeff Baker once but at least three times before his own teammates pulled him away. Jeff Baker has an aberration above his eye as a result. My guess is that the refs knew (and talked about in their little meeting in front of the scorers table) that even with all of the deputies that always have to be at any Central home game...doing the right thing (ejecting Wes for his actions) would have probably ended the contest. Centrals students and many parents are out of control and I wouldn't think that it will be tolerated much longer in the Big 9. Ask Erwin...same situation for them. I would have dropped this subject because everyone knows the Circus for the rednecks that they are, so most could read into the post and figure out about what happened. But you had to call me out...oh well.

I am from THS and i have to say that both teams were playing rough but it was uncalled for when Wes Baker kicked Jeff in the side of the head. That is terrible sportsmanship. Jeff only grabbed his ankle because Wes purposely fouled him on a lay-up. I mean if youre going to lose your cool then scream or something but dont try to harm another player. That is insane. There should have only been one T during that confrontation and it was delivered to the right person. end of story

OHHH PLEASE!! A police escort?! Don't flatter yourself. If TN High needed a police escort Friday night, that is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure Central fans have much better things to do than sit around after a HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL game and beat up players. Come on they aren't the LA Lakers. WOOHOO CAP1! TN High beat Central! Now Central and TN High are even, You all just need to be worrying about Districts. MAYBE you'll make it past 1st round this time.

I’m just stating the facts, whether it was necessary or not is an opinion.

Have one of your friends explain to you what the term “Sweep” means in basketball, because it in no way implies that we are even.

I’m sorry…but I thought the looser was the person (team) that had the least amount of points at the end of the game . 50 to 32 and 53 to 49 would make YOU the looser…1cougarclown member 5,290 with only 84 posts in 6 years.

What is going on with the Central Fans at their home games? I think it is great that they are proud of their team and support their players. They care about their program when most schools have very little involvement in supporting their teams. However, it seems a bad stereotype of lacking sportsmanship is being placed on the Cougar faithful. Has this label been earned or is it an unfair reputation? It just seems like everytime they play at home their is some kind of drama in the stands.

I hate to be the one to break this to you HShoopsfan, but that 619 posts in 2 years averages out to 1.4 posts per day. That’s 0.2 less than your average per day…rookie! Now open your mouth, and insert foot.

Maybe you guys should watch the video. Wes was kicked in the crotch and then his ankle was grabbed by Baker. Thats what led to Wes kicking Baker. In no way would Wes purposely foul. Wes is a great shot blocker and blocked that shot as well.

unfortunately that vido hasn't been "You tubed" and referenced over 20 times, unlike another person's supposedly "unsportsmanlike" video

double standard?

No way!
