Hands down? I would have to disagree, and I'm sure you would too if you would rethink your post. Nobody was harder on Morgan than I was in the early going of the season, but it is clear that he has put his time in and turned this team into a legitimate team. They are undefeated since the Arby's pulling off tough road games as well as holding serve at home. It is clear to anyone that has watched them since Christmas that having Coty back makes them a TOTALLY different team. I would have to say Coach Morgan has a say as to who might be the best coach in the Big 9...

I was harder on him, and I still don't think he is all that. There are no "good" coaches in the Big 9. A lot of average coaches, but no "good" coaches. The last good coach up here was Pitts.

Baker just didn't loose his cool over nothing. The Tn high player should have been given a technical as well. The refs were a joke. But I guess Tn high must think they are the just fine. But then again we couldn't throw it in the ocean playing at home , so that's what you get. Tn high is very beatable, just not by us tonight. But they may be another meeting... we'll see.

i agree 100% the refs didn't call a good game either way!! they were terrible, well especially that one in particular. TN HIGH WAS THROWING ELBOWS LIKE CRAZY! there should have DEFINATELY been two technicals given on that wes baker deal. 33 held on to his foot, and was trying to pull wes down. that was ridiculous. then again i think central sort of had an off night... hess just couldn't do it all by himself. he was giving a great effort but it seemed like no one was helping him out. baker and roberts had a great game too. central would've won that game if we were hitting those easy shots in the 4th quarter and if we had better passes. oh well maybe next time. good game.

Just one question Cap? Of the three refs that called last night, did one or more travel to the Bahamas with TH this year. A simple yes or no will do. If you do not reply I will know the answer.

No reply from Cap, we all know the answer.

You Central people are all in your own world...or should I say Big Top Tent ! Anybody that was at that game knows that Central got most if not all of the calls. In fact there were many times when it looked like it was five on seven out on the court. Wes Baker should have and would have been ejected if we were playing anywhere else. Jeff Baker grabbed his foot to keep Wes from stomping him into the ground. Wes didn't kick Jeff Baker once but at least three times before his own teammates pulled him away. Jeff Baker has an aberration above his eye as a result. My guess is that the refs knew (and talked about in their little meeting in front of the scorers table) that even with all of the deputies that always have to be at any Central home game...doing the right thing (ejecting Wes for his actions) would have probably ended the contest. Centrals students and many parents are out of control and I wouldn't think that it will be tolerated much longer in the Big 9. Ask Erwin...same situation for them. I would have dropped this subject because everyone knows the Circus for the rednecks that they are, so most could read into the post and figure out about what happened. But you had to call me out...oh well.

You know I'm so sick of you and your retarded comments you are the most rediculous poster on Coach T. You don't do nothing but get on everybodys post and run your big mouth. You need to be banned!!!! You can get on here and say the refs gave Central all the calls but every team around here knows TN High always gets the calls whenever its possible I've seen it for years. In fact it's getting way out of hand!!!!

I think it's pitiful that these refs are doing this to these kids. Why do you want to get on here and lie when we all know wes didn't kick that kid 3 times. It would have never happened if the kid hadn't been holding his leg. But that's ok right!!! You need to go back and watch that game and get your facts straight. It's none of your business how the Central students or parents are. Who's out of control? Have you went back and read some of your posts. Get a life CAP1 !!!!!

Cap1, since you have such a problem with the Central fans why don't you come up to us and say something? You know who we are why don't you just come up to us at the game and tell us what you think? Oh yeah that's right, you will only get on here and say something where you can hide behind a keyboard. I have an idea, next time I see you at a game lets see if you will come up to my face and call me a redneck?

Now how redneck was that ?? I don't even have to prove my points with you clowns, I merrily push a couple of buttons and you always seem to do it for me. The fact is that the Viking team had to wait in the locker-room for the rowdy crowd to dissipate and then had to have a police escort to the bus for good measure. There is not another place that we compete that this is even remotely necessary. In the last game one of the Central parents almost had to be escorted out of Viking Hall by police during the game. I'm sorry...I just call it as I see it...the good, the bad. and the redneck. I WILL retract a part of my statement. It's obviously that not all Central fans act this way, but the ones that do dictate the stereotype that the Circus is labeled with. And for the record, I could care less how you guys or any other fan base act as long as it doesn't involve the players. So don't get mad at me just because I'm the one that pulled out the mirror on ya.

Free Throws: TN High 22 Central 10

I don't know if your statement is true, but what I do know is that Central was trailing at the end of the game and had to foul to stop the clock (that would be a no brainer). And there were many calls that were not shooting calls that the refs made that effected the game. So even if your stats are true it proves nothing.

OHHH PLEASE!! A police escort?! Don't flatter yourself. If TN High needed a police escort Friday night, that is absolutely ridiculous. I'm sure Central fans have much better things to do than sit around after a HIGH SCHOOL BASKETBALL game and beat up players. Come on they aren't the LA Lakers. WOOHOO CAP1! TN High beat Central! Now Central and TN High are even, You all just need to be worrying about Districts. MAYBE you'll make it past 1st round this time.

    • Im asking everyone to keep roy whited and his family in your prayers. Coach whited won back to back state championships at white county in 98-99. He is very well liked and respected in this area. For those of you that dont know he went missing 3 days ago. No one knows where he is. His truck was found in a rural part of the county. Thanks again. We are all very concerned.
    • West would be a good team to get behind if they can pull it off again like last year. That championship game last year was awesome.
    • I say that because he stepped out of a MUCH better situation on his own than he would see at least his first 3 years at DCA and it would take at least that much to bring him back to coaching. There are other fish in the sea, but again money talks. Need to fix the girls hoops too. Now I'll try again. Who has Pierce locked in for his staff? Hearing a McGavock man but not the Iceman.
    • I’ve heard mostly good things from the gridiron. Lots of optimism. It sounds like the portal has mostly helped, though there are a few expected defections. Comeback year!
    • Rudesell 1 year at Crockett. Coach Tate 2 weeks a Bradford. South Gibson supposedly going with jcs middle school coach. Which isn’t who I thought would get it, I know the top 2 was between him and Obion girls head coach.
