MLK blows out Marshall County

MLK beat Marshall County 68 to 43. It was really never a game. Although Gerald dazzled as usual. Antoine Christian had five 3 pointers and finished with 21 points. This super sophomore is one to reckon with if he can stay healthy.

 

5-AA is representing with MLK, CPA and Pearl-Cohn moving on.

It will be tough for any of them to beat Giles Co. with the Region Tourney taking place in Pulaski.

So who do ya'll think it will come down to....which two teams. The only reason I ask is...I know nothing about that district.

FBGIRL it said in yesterday's Tennessean that the tourney was at Giles Co. Sorry for the mistake there.

 

MLK vs Pearl Cohn should be a great game because Doc's team is playing great of late and what they've accomplished in recent years in the postseason tells you that they are a March team. Pearl Cohn is a team full of talented athletes than can play with most anyone when they play their game. I am going to pick an "upset special" here if that's what anyone would really want to call it and take Pearl Cohn to win the contest.

 

CPA & Giles Co. are both playing their best basketball of the season. It's a shame that someone has to lose this one but I am just going to take Giles Co. in the end. They played BA to the wire twice this year so CPA is nothing that they've never seen before.
