Congrats to Riverdale for keeping the gold ball at home. Was with those beautiful young ladies during their charity formal. DBS is an awesome sorority that does tons of community and charity work. They earned that right to go to the presentation through their charity work. It was not just cheerleaders but other members from the other schools in the boro but mostly Riverdale. Lets support Oakland next!

if there are any riverdale ladies on here..let me say congrats again on your win but also i want 2 say after reading the guys basketball postings i wld be a little upset..you were a local team but & going to the state finals for the 1st time since a long time i believe & there were still empty seats yeah you had a good turn out in the student section but in the guys postings they are saying that some of these out of town teams are busing in 5 bus loads of supporter..YOU DESERVED TO HAVE THAT PLACE PACKED!!! You ladies played amazing and it is a crime that more people did not get the honor of seeing it live. CONGRATS AGAIN. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

Did you go to the games?...if so then you would realize out of the 5,600 people there i would say that anywhere from 4500-5000 were for RIVERDALE..that is a great turnout unfortunatly and forutnalty for us memphis doesnt bring ANYBODY and there were 2 teams from memphis..but our ladies defintly has the support

i wished there had been more people there also, but thats just the way womens basketball is. i didnt go to the girls tournament last year but i think we had more fans there than wilson central/shelbyville (2 teams from bordering counties of rutherford) did in 06. up until last year i think the lady raiders record home crowd was something like 3700 (they have shattered that now though with the program reaching all kinds of new heights), so for over 5000 people to have been there i think is great

well...what im saying is i think THEY DID most of those fans in there was for RIVERDALE and if memphis had brought even a 1000 then it would have looked more like you envisioned but OUR FANS WERE THERE i wold say we had AT LEAST 4500 THERE that is really good considering at most of the games i atteneded this year there was about 10 students and 30-50 adults so i think they did comeout and showed GREAT SUPPORT
