QUOTE(Sumner County @ Mar 16 2007 - 04:22 PM) 826414382doesnt matter. rhodes isnt good enough to guard big daddy . well no one is in high school in tn. plus white house is loaddddddddddddddddded baby. you'll be watching us next year beating someone in the finals. the flash will be draining them from the next county and big daddy will be dominating down low not to mention all the stud fresh and sophs coming up.

Why couldnt he do any of that this year so he must not be 2 good if he was they would have been playing tommorrow. Rhodes played great against everyone including Liberty. And Bolivar has the best freshman and sophmores coming up because 3 of them started this year.

QUOTE(warmachine7954 @ Mar 16 2007 - 02:44 PM) 826414337Great run by all these kids and to lose to the 14th ranked team in the country at least they went out to a good team. DC only loses 3 kids, could it be they are the AA champs next year? Great job by the coaching staff and these kids, congratulations

There's no shame in losing to that team from Jackson. They are not only talented, but as you can tell they are well-coached and know what they're going to do before they get the ball. You won't see many teams come out of this state that are as good as this group. Tough draw Dyer Co., but a great run nonetheless.

18 points 14 rebounds 2 blocks against dc. if he loses 30 pounds he will average 30 and 20 next year.hes the best offensive center in the state and no one is even close to being as good as him at center in tn.

QUOTE(dyercounty09 @ Mar 16 2007 - 04:17 PM) 826414373DC played the worst game ive seen them play in tha second half of the season against white house. Your boys from white house were LUCKY to even get that close to DC. White House WILL NOT win the state championship next year i promise you!! DC or Mitchell will win sorry buddy!!

no its just that white house plays great defense is why blake couldnt get any good looks. white house will win the state next year and you'll be questioning your basketball knowledge like you do everyday of your life. dc was very very lucky to win this year. white house will be 10 deep next year and the flash will be draining them from the next county and big daddy will be throwing your little boys around like ragdolls. get used to it son cuz you'll be seeing it alot next year .

IF, IF, IF, IF, IF a frog had wings, he wouldn't bump his @$$ everytime he jumped. He is not that good. He is blessed with height but is not even close to being agile. He walks more times in a game than most people dribble. The deceptive part is that he holds the ball so high, he has everyone looking up instead of at his feet. You put one ref watching his feet and this mans double, double becomes bench time!

QUOTE(tdq4lyfe @ Mar 16 2007 - 04:17 PM) 826414374Neither white house or dc will win next year. Bolivar is returning all 5 starters and only losing 1 senior that comes off the bench.

District 12 AA.....owns the gold ball. /wink.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" />

You do know that this argument is over third place or fourth place? I believe that between the top 5 teams in AA this year, the 2-5 teams would swap wins without it ever being clear what the true rankings are. I mean I am glad DC made it to the semis and got some much needed experience, but no one was going to beat Liberty. I thought DC had the talent and athletic ability to at least hang with them and I was completely wrong.

Whats done is done. Next year will be interesting though, it seems like everybody is returning a lot of players. Booker T, DC, WH, Bolivar, and Mitchell will have great seasons next year. Whatever, we'll argue over that next year. Is anyone else ready for baseball season?

    • I have no issues with the Karns Middle School program.   Good coaches and he's with the kids he goes to school with.  He's a rising 6th grader who had to play with 6th grade kids last year because Karns didn't have enough kids for a 5th grade age team.  He's in a good place at this point.   My daughter is a single mom with 4 kids under 11 years old.  We help her out with logistics, so staying in our own area right now is important.  Once he gets to high school age, who knows what happens?  That bridge will be crossed when we get there.
    • I know he was a backup but I thought he filled in well when the starter went down. Never a bad thing to have a change of pace back
    • That would be a good get for them. Lowe always finds a way. Pretty sure they have their Rb from last year returning but not that line of beef
    • One school has said it, it was York…who Oneida and many school that played them before we did claimed that they were the dirtiest bunch they’ve played. Riverside didn’t call us dirty nor did smith after they beat us. Ur only dirty if your the one giving out the whoopins.
    • If it was anyone but #8 I would agree with you. Theirs a couple people on that team that probably would. Not him. And I who was standing on the 1st base line fence saw clearly that the boys foot was covering more than half the bag.
