I wanted to wish the Champions good luck today! I think your more than capable of winning this game if you take care of business and don't overlook this team. Nashville Christian knocked Cascade out last season, so this is a great opportunity to settle the score today! I have pictures from the awards banquet posted on the Lady Champion Softball site if ya'll want to check them out. Just click on my signature to get to it. Good Luck Today!!!!!

GO CHAMPIONS!!

I would have to say after seeing Cascade beat East Robertson with Will Clinard on the mound that we have a good shot. Being at home and the way we have been playing seems to be a positive in our favor. Hopefully I wont have to eat crow tonight. Good luck today Champs, take it one game at a time.

Hope the Cascade team can do it today, it looks like the home field advantage will be good since NCS had to come from behind to get past MTCS. The game I would like to see is Cascade-Summertown, if teams keep winning will this be sub state/state matchup? Have a great game. Yes maybe even get some lights out there after this big season!

Well the lights will be put up this summer. Also I would like to see a Cascade - Summertown match-up in the state tourney. I know we have to take one game at a time but the possibility of playing Richland again would be nice due to already playing them and also possible revenge for being the last Single A team to beat Cascade in early April. Good luck to all four teams today.

Congrats to NCS on the win. Not sure who each team plays on Friday yet. Good luck to both teams on Friday. Hopefully both teams make it to state but Summertown and Richland will be very tough tests.

    • Best-of-three sectional series vs East Robertson at home starting Wednesday.  They put us out last year at this point.  Go Pirates!!
    • I don't believe they have anyone that is surbers caliber but a decent staff overall.
    • Richland plays at McKenzie on Wed.  Should be a good series.  Does Richland have good pitching?
    • Congratulations to the Warrior baseball team winning the Region Championship.  Last night the football team beat Franklin Co 33-0 in their spring scrimmage. Warriors looked very good. Missing a few players who were playing baseball but still absolutely dominated. A lot of young ones got in halfway through the 3rd when the score reached 33-0. QB Tilton Pickett looked very sharp.  Sam Pickett is on another level this season. Seems to have put on 15 to 20 lbs in the off season and added a step as well. Transfer from last year Williamson caught numerous balls and is very elusive. Lots of athletes on this team. Defense was smothering and will only get better. The head coach from Sewanee was in attendance and offered 2 kids after the game. Could be a special year.
