allknowing1
Who is the best player and/or who do you think has the biggest upside at the next level? Rod Wilks, David Spurlock, Preston Bailey, etc.?
ruse?
Who is the best player and/or who do you think has the biggest upside at the next level? Rod Wilks, David Spurlock, Preston Bailey, etc.? allknowing1 Too far out to project, but if I had to guess, it would be Aaron Douglas. The odds are with him. He's been coached very well. He projects at 3 positions. TE, LT, and SDE. He is a legit 6-6, no fat, and probably in the 250lb range. Long arms, pretty quick feet, and a frame that will acommodate more wieght. He reminds me a lot of Eric Winstrom who was recruited as a TE to Miami, and is now making big $$$ in the NFL. If that or the TE thing doesn't work out for him, he has, IMO nearly mastered the art of the long snap which can keep a guy employed for a long time. ruse? StevieRayVol
Has the Genetics for it also.... His dad is David Douglas who played football for UT and 5 years in the NFL with Cincinnati and New England as an Offensive Lineman and his mother is the former Kayla Horton who played BB for Pat Summit and won a National Title on "The Hill"..... ruse?
I think josh jeffers is the best player in 3A all2001state. Wild guess here, but I would think that either D. Mason or D. Hightower will be your 3A Back of the year, just depending on if Hightower gets in as a Back or Lineman finalist. If Hightower is a Back finalist, then my guess for 3A Lineman of the yr. might be Z. Tait of Catholic. ruse?
