This is my understanding: Alcoa did not want to travel on Thursday, etc......with school requirements the following day. That is what my father told me anyway as his ear is to the grindstone daily.

Springhill scored twice on MP 2nd team,after 2 turnovers. If MP had left the starters in ,MP would have won. Everyone could see that if they were looking. Alcoa will run Springhill off the field.

For two years in a row now Spring Hill has left there starters in as MP swithched to 2nd and 3rd string players in the second quarter. Marco ran one design run play and went 40+ yards. He threw the ball and handed it off the rest of the first quarter. MP outgained SH in total yardage by who knows how much (a bunch). Anybody who was there saw the dominace of MP against SH.

 

Alcoa by as many as they want. There 2nd and 3rd stringers will be in the game by the end of the first quarter.

Gaining yards doesn't do you any good unless you actually get into the endzone...Which MP never did, even with their starters. Our first TD was with our 2nd string QB, wise guy. Our 2nd TD was with our backup tailback, our other 2 are hurt. Our defense was roughing you guys up...a pleasant surprise for me. Anyway, good luck this season.

he ran more than 1 designed run....he just got stuffed at the line everytime, except that one...
