From www.eurosportscoreboard.com, it appears the following teams are in the Tournament:

Chattanooga Christian

Cleveland

Franklin Road Academy (FRA)

Shelbyville Centraol

Independence

Christ Presbyterian Academy (CPA)

Knox Catholic

Maryville

TN High

Ooltewah

Coffee County

Tullahoma

Notre Dame

If it is like it has been the last two years, the teams will be divided into to groups, with the winners of the opening games advancing up the bracket, and everybody else still playing their 3 or 4; In each group, they will crown a winner. I don't have any idea who is in which group.

Not to "Out" Coniglio, but he is a student at Chattanooga Christian (and a nice young man)....

Always giving a compliment. Hope to see you there.

I will see if I can answer the groups question tomorrow. Might take a while, but I'll see what I can do.

Agreed. I have seen Ooltewah play a couple of times this season. They are capable of great soccer. Look for them to be in the final against FRA or Centennial (I have not seen either one of these teams).

Both CHS and FRA are strong teams this year. They met in a preseason scrimmage which CHS came from behind and one but both will be really hungery. We will see what happens but til looks to be an awesome tournament as usual. I am glad CCS host such a strong field each year for them all to come and showcase at.

    • Honestly the A.D. may be powerless at Maryville to some degree versus other schools. I know he has his hands full with GoFan and all the stupid surprises just from the emails he sends out during the season.
    • Harriman was better than what I anticipated. They had good skill guys and a QB that’s gonna make a lot of teams look silly. They had some silly pre snap penalties but it’s just spring and I guess that’s expected.    Oneida looks the part. They are big upfront and got a stable of backs that’s gonna carry them this year. They have a few playmakers at receiver also. They have a new receiver that has only played basketball till this year and he is very athletic. The question is can we find a QB to consistently get them the ball. They played 2-3 kids there and none looked great but they didn’t look awful either. The  defense is gonna be tough again but it’s very early and a lot can change between now and the fall.     It was good just to get out and watch some ball. I don’t know if Oneida has the team to win the region this year but just what I saw tonight I think they may be in the conversation come November.
