And your qualifications for "good runner" are terrible. 4:55 and 18:57 PRs do not make someone a good runner. That's sub-par. Maybe an alternate. Maybe.

 

so what are your qualifications for a good runner?

ok no one cares about will musto. all i know is MLK is really good. and when has fra not reloaded? they had an absolutely terribel meet at state and so did DL. they both always find runners no sweat

what do you stand to gain from this? why do you hate musto so much. either you're from CCS and are just peeved that he's not running, or you got beaten (apparently thrashed) by this sub-par runner, making you a stain on the face of this sport.

Who said I've ever even raced him? I don't really stand to gain much, but I don't lose anything at all, and if I can cause people to raise their standards on what qualifies as "a good runner," then I've done my duty.

yeah man. who are you. let's see your times. I can tell you this-- they're probably not good. Because if they were good you would be a respectable guy. Because I know pretty much everyone in the top 10 a/aa of state and they're all respectable people. i don't think you fall into this category

who are you to say no one cares about musto mr.18:33 at state good race or not you talk too big to not be able to back it up i will guarantee you this you wont put any runners in front of mc's top two runners and please hold me to it!

and yes mlk is good... good job to them today even though they didnt run their top four (i believe it was their top four that sat out)

haha the only time you will see a 16:10 in a/aa is when mahaney takes state his senior year maybe you will get lucky to see it this year he has the potential but back to the point of this post musto runs a/aa so his times are respectable in his division

My name is of no importance to you. But those are my qualifications for what I would call "a good runner." Does anybody except Mahaney meet those qualifications in A/AA? And he doesn't even meet the 16:10 time... but he improved a lot from Cross to Track and he'll hit 16:10 soon enough.

seriously. if you're in A/AA then you're definately not running those times, because you've limited your choices down to... oh wait, nobody in A/AA runs a 16:10. if you're not keveran, then go bury your head in some sand.

you dont know anything about me. and...actually no one does care about a runner that isnt going to be competing for a team in the state meet. that is of no concern to anyone. and of course no one is going to beat mahaney, but to say that we wont put any runners in front of mc's second? where have u been the last 10 years.

And someone who ran the way you did at State track is of concern? I saw what you did there. It was anything but pretty.
