yeah i was wondering the same thing, maybe it was to confuse the defense? if they glimpsed they might of forgot it was him? I dont know

the guy that was playing full back was wearing number nine insted of his lineman number so that he would now be elidgeable... but i also think it was to throw off mba cause they keyed in on number 9 all week

I must say that I am very disappointed in the way we played. We have played like 1000 games now and ensworth has played 6. With so much experience and tradition, beating a first year varsity program like EHS by only 14 just makes us look bad.

 

 

You won the game numb nuts. That is the exact type of game MBA wanted. Keep the EHS defense on the field and their offense off by running the ball and running that clock. Great game.

This was a hard fought game and the start of a fantastic rivalry. It will be interesting to see if this rivalry will eventually have greater significance than the MBA-Ryan or MBA-BA rivalries. My guess is that it will.
